摘 要:针对平原河网区排涝特点,本文以南京溧水区某河道南延水工程为例,通过耦合SCS与MIKE11HD模型,模拟了研究区域工程实施前后土地利用变化下典型断面水位变化过程,评估了不同土地利用方式对区域排涝的影响。结果表明:随土地利用方式的变化,河道水位抬升加快;工程实施后的土地利用方式下,河道水位到达闸门启动水位时间显著缩短,闸泵泄洪量小于雨水增量,内涝风险较大;泵站扩容后,有效降低了内涝风险。研究结果可为暴雨下区域排涝的分析和洪涝预警部署提供技术保障。According to the characteristics of drainage in plain river network area,this paper takes the south extension project of a river in Lishui district of Nanjing as an example.By coupling SCS and MIKE11 HD model,the water level change process of typical section under land use change before and after the implementation of the project in the study area is simulated,and the influence of different land use modes on regional drainage is evaluated.The results show that with the change of land use,the rise of river water level is accelerated;under the land use mode after the implementation of the project,the time for the river water level to reach the gate start-up water level is significantly shortened,the flood discharge of the gate pump is less than the rainwater increment,and the risk of waterlogging is greater;after the expansion of the pumping station,the risk of waterlogging is effectively reduced.The research results can provide technical support for the analysis of regional drainage under rainstorm and the deployment of flood warning.
