摘　　要：按照全球“无废城市”总体建设发展的蓝图,在快速推动城市可持续发展过程中,相关部门需分析并制定符合我国每年固定垃圾总量的单项垃圾研究和处理计划,其中包括工业固废、生活垃圾无害化处理等。在“无废城市”建设发展过程中,我们需要不断优化城市资源配置,结合有效的资源化再利用推进思路,完善发展过程,并结合“无废城市”建设发展的实际情况,进一步深入推进改革进程,满足城市建设和发展的各项要求。According to the blueprint of the overall construction and development of the global“waste free city”,in the process of rapidly promoting the sustainable development of the city,it is necessary to analyze and formulate a single waste research and treatment plan in line with China’s total amount of fixed waste every year.Including industrial solid waste、domestic waste harmless treatment and so on.In the process of constructing and developing“waste free cities”,we need to continuously optimize for urban resource allocation,combine effective promotion ideas for resource utilization,improve the development process,and combine the actual situation of“waste free city”construction and development,further deepen feasible reform progress,and meet the various requirements of urban construction and development.
