基于环境影响评价的农业持续发展策略研究

摘　　要：文章分析了农业发展中面临的主要环境问题,如土壤退化、水资源短缺、农药化肥过度使用以及生物多样性减少等,探讨了这些问题对农业持续发展的影响。在此基础上,重点探讨了环境影响评价在解决这些问题中的作用,尤其是如何通过环评手段提出有效的农业持续发展策略,包括提高资源利用效率、推广生态农业实践、农业废弃物的循环利用与管理以及建立生态保护区以保护生物多样性等,并分析了这些策略的实施对于实现农业可持续发展的意义,从而为农业的持续发展提供了科学的理论依据和实践指导。This paper analyzed the main environmental problems in agricultural development,such as soil degradation,water shortage,excessive use of pesticides and fertilizers,and decreased of biodiversity,and discussed the impact of these problems on sustainable agricultural development.On this basis,the paper focused on the role of environmental impact assessment(EIA)in solving these problems,especially how to put forward effective strategies for sustainable agricultural development through EIA,include improving resource efficiency,promoting agroecological practices,recycling and management of agricultural waste and establishing ecological reserves to protect biodiversity,and analyzed the significance of implementing these strategies for the sustainable development of agriculture,so then providing scientific theoretical basis and practical guidance for the sustainable development of agriculture.
