摘　　要：智能制造在提升企业生产效率与质量、加速产业转型升级以及推动可持续发展等方面均扮演着关键角色。文章以常州纺织产业集群为案例,基于其发展特征与面临的挑战,遵循产业集群创新生态系统的演进规律,并融合信息化、数字化与智能化技术理念,提出了包括技术升级与智能化改造、研发创新与人才培养、数字化与信息化转型、可持续发展策略及强化政策支持的转型升级实施路径,旨在促进纺织产业集群实现高质量、可持续的发展。Intelligent manufacturing plays a pivotal role in enhancing production efficiency and quality,accelerating industrial transformation and upgrading,and driving sustainable development.This paper takes the Changzhou textile industry cluster as a case study.Based on its developmental characteristics and challenges,it follows the evolutionary laws of industrial cluster innovation ecosystems.By integrating concepts of informatization,digitalization,and intelligentization,the study proposes a transformation and upgrading implementation path that includes technological upgrading and intelligent transformation,research and development innovation and talent cultivation,digital and informatization transformation,sustainable development strategies,and strengthened policy support.The aim is to promote high-quality and sustainable development of textile industry clusters.
