摘　　要：文章以民族服装设计课程为例,探讨基于OBE理念的在线开放课程建设。通过深入分析课程目标和预期成果、课程内容、教学方法、教学资源、教学活动、评价体系等方面,研究深入贯彻OBE理念,培养学生对民族服装设计创新能力和解决实际问题能力,使其在毕业后更好地适应相关行业、岗位能力需求。研究认为,基于OBE理念的在线开放课程建设为民族服装设计课程的教学改革提供了参考,有助于高校课程建设与时代需求的紧密结合。This study explores the construction of open online courses based on the OBE concept,taking the ethnic costume design course as an example,through in-depth analysis of how to implement the OBE concept in terms of course objectives and expected outcomes,course content,teaching methods,teaching resources,teaching activities and evaluation system.Cultivate students'ability to innovate and solve practical problems in ethnic clothing design and be able to better adapt to the relevant industries and job capacity needs after graduation.It is concluded that the construction of online open courses based on the OBE concept provides a reference for the teaching reform of national costume design courses,and is conducive to the close combination of college curriculum construction and the needs of The Times.
