摘  要:为解决音圈电动机驱动的可变光圈驱动力较小及叶片开合卡顿等问题,结合旋转超声电动机结构,提出了一种超声电动机驱动的新型可变光圈结构。压电振子为驱动组件,设计为中空结构,转子转动带动叶片开合,达到改变光圈大小的目的。建立了压电振子的有限元模型,确定了工作模态及谐振频率,并研制了试验样机,搭建测试平台并对样机进行输出性能测试。实验表明,当激励电压峰-峰值为100 V,驱动频率为30.3 kHz时,样机的最大空载转速为238 r/min,堵转力矩为1.2 N·mm;在最低激励电压峰-峰值为60 V时,可变光圈可实现双向开合。In order to solve the problems of small driving force of variable aperture driven by voice coil motor and slow opening and closing of blades,a new variable aperture structure driven by ultrasonic motor is proposed.As the driving component,the piezoelectric vibrator is designed as a hollow structure.The rotor rotates to drive the opening and closing of the blade to achieve the purpose of changing the aperture size.The finite element model of piezoelectric vibrator is established,the working mode and resonant frequency are determined,and the prototype is developed,the test platform is built and the output performance of the prototype is tested.The experimental results show that when the excitation peak-peak voltage is 100 V and the driving frequency is 30.3 kHz,the maximum no-load speed of the prototype is 238 r/min and the blocking torque is 1.2 N·mm.When the minimum excitation peak-peak voltage is 60 V,the variable aperture can realize bidirectional opening and closing.
