摘 要:利用狭缝式涂布技术生产大面积薄层产品时,获得无缺陷的涂层是非常重要的,大多数研究已经证明采用下咬合模唇结构会增加稳定涂层窗口,但对于下咬合模唇结构的设计缺少一种设计依据。文中通过黏毛细管模型推导出了一种利用较少数值模拟即可确定下咬合模唇结构的表达式,并通过数值模拟进行了验证。结果表明,间隙差与下游涂布间隙比值一定时,湿涂层极限厚度与下游涂布间隙的比值也为一个定值,而与下游涂布间隙大小无关;以最佳涂层厚度进行生产时,存在一个间隙差的极大值,当以该间隙差对应的涂布间隙进行生产时,可以获得最大的无缺陷涂层范围;利用黏毛细管模型预测的极大值比数值模拟结果低13%,在对无缺陷涂层厚度范围要求不高时可以利用黏毛细管模型快速确定间隙差以及确定生产时所用的涂布间隙。When using slot die coating technology to produce large area thin layer products,it is very important to obtain a defect-free coating.Most studies have proved that the use of underbite die lip structure will increase the stable coating window,but there is no design basis for the design of underbite die lip structure.In this paper,an expression for determining the lip structure of the underbite mold with less numerical simulation is derived by the viscocapillary model and verified by numerical simulation.The results show that when the ratio of gap difference to the downstream coating gap is constant,the ratio of the ultimate thickness of wet coating to the downstream coating gap is also a constant value,and has nothing to do with the size of the downstream coating gap.When the optimal coating thickness is used for production,there is a maximum gap difference,and when the gap difference corresponds to the coating gap for production,the maximum defect-free coating range can be obtained.The maximum value predicted by the viscocapillary model is 13%lower than the numerical simulation result.The viscocapillary model can be used to quickly determine the gap difference and the coating gap used in production when the thickness range of the defect-free coating is not high.
