摘　　要：为配合旋转尾管固井,水泥头不仅要具备旋转功能,而且要承受拉伸及扭转载荷,使其结构发生了根本变化。威德福、贝克休斯、斯伦贝谢、哈里伯顿等国外公司均研制了成熟的顶驱型旋转水泥头产品,国内中海油服与宝石机械联合进行了顶驱型机械旋转水泥头的国产化研制。文中介绍了国产顶驱型机械旋转水泥头的结构、工作原理和关键技术。现场应用情况表明,该产品主要技术指标及性能均满足设计要求,技术先进,工作性能稳定,满足了现场使用需求。该顶驱型机械旋转水泥头的研制为当前深水固井作业提供了装备保障。To support rotating liner cementing,the cement head not only has to have the function of rotation,but also has to withstand tensile and torsional loads,which makes its structure undergo a fundamental change.Weatherford,Baker Hughes,Schlumberger,Halliburton and other foreign companies have developed mature top-drive manual rotary hand mud products,China Oilfield Service Co.,Ltd.and Baoshi Machinery Co.,Ltd.have jointly developed top-drive manual rotary hand mud products in China.This paper introduces the structure,working principle and key technology of domestic top drive manual rotary mud head,as well as the field application.The results show that the main technical indexes and performance of the product meet the design requirements,advanced technology,stable working performance,and meet the needs of field use.The development of top drive manual rotary hand mud head provides equipment guarantee for the current deep water cementing operation.
