摘  要:针对目前矿用风速传感器安全性能差、易受环境干扰、量程小、难以监测微风速等问题,设计一种光纤热线式风速传感器。测试结果证明,该传感器针对低风速的灵敏度更高,风速在0~0.57 m/s时,分辨率最高可达0.7 mm/s,灵敏度可达1370 pm/(m/s);随着风速的升高,传感器响应时间在降低,波长动态区域也在升高。该传感器能够适应矿井恶劣环境,具有较好的稳定性、可靠性及高灵敏度,监测监控值可以很好地反映出矿井现场风速变化情况。Aiming at the problems of poor safety performance,susceptibility to environmental interference,small range,and difficulty in monitoring micro-wind speed of the current mining wind speed sensor,a fiber optic hot-wire type wind speed sensor is designed.The test results prove that the sensor has higher sensitivity for low wind speeds,with a resolution of up to 0.7 mm/s and a sensitivity of up to 1370 pm/(m/s)at wind speeds from 0 to 0.57 m/s.As the wind speed rises,the sensor response time decreases,and the dynamic region of the wavelength also rises.The sensor can be suitable for the harsh environment of the mine,has better stability,reliability and high sensitivity,and the monitoring value can well reflect the change of wind speed in the mine site.
