摘  要:应力测试仪广泛应用于移动车辆、大型工程机械等工程装备领域。目前采用有线的方式进行应力测试时,易产生接线复杂、电线断裂、移动测试困难等情况,文章设计了基于无线传输的应力测试仪总体框架,包括信号采集装置和信号接收装置,两个装置之间通过ZigBee进行无线通信。推导了应变片电压信号转化方程,然后设计了供电电源管理模块、信号放大模块、ZigBee无线传输模块电路等关键电路,并采用Arduino UNO R3单片机设计了相应程序,最后,对应力测试仪的结构进行了三维设计和样机加工,并进行了初步测试,验证了设计方案的可行性。Stress testers are widely used in the field of engineering equipment such as mobile vehicles,large construction machinery and so on.At present,it is easy to encounter complex wiring,wire breakage,difficulty in mobile testing and other situations when using wired stress testing.This paper designs the general framework of the stress tester based on wireless transmission,including a signal acquisition device and a signal receiving device,and the two devices communicate wirelessly through ZigBee.It derives the voltage signal conversion equation for strain gauges.Then,key circuits such as power supply management module,signal amplification module,ZigBee wireless transmission module circuit are designed,and corresponding programs are designed using Arduino UNO R3 single-chip microcomputer.Finally,the structure of the stress tester is designed in 3D and the prototype is processed,and preliminary testing is conducted to verify the feasibility of the design scheme.
