摘  要:随着两化融合的推进,“车间+信息化”的模式也在逐步推进。为进一步加强对卷包生产各方面的管控,通过梳理故障处理流程,开发卷包车间设备故障维修智能呼叫系统,能够对卷包车间设备故障进行实时监测、自动报警、记录统计推送,提高了设备维修的效率和准确性。其中智能呼叫功能,根据系统设定的停机超时上限,自动进行维修呼叫,能更高效地解决维修响应时长难以控制、响应效率低下的问题。系统推广使用后,为卷包车间设备故障维修提供了新的解决方案,有助于车间生产效率的进一步提升。With the advancement of the integration of digitization and industrialization,the mode of“workshop+informatization”is also gradually advancing.In order to further strengthen the management and control of all aspects of the production of rolling and packaging,by combing the fault handling process,the intelligent call system for equipment fault maintenance in rolling and packaging workshop is developed,which can carry out real-time monitoring,automatic alarm,and record statistical push of equipment fault in the rolling and packaging workshop,and improves the efficiency and accuracy of equipment maintenance.The intelligent call function automatically makes maintenance calls according to the upper limit of shutdown timeout set by the system,which can more efficiently solve the problems of difficult to control maintenance response time and low response efficiency.After the system is popularized and used,it provides a new solution for the equipment fault maintenance of the rolling and packaging workshop,which is conducive to the further improvement of the production efficiency of the workshop.
