摘  要:[目的]探索黑曲霉J6对钾矿粉的最佳解钾条件。[方法]以查氏培养基为基础,测定黑曲霉J6对钾矿粉的解钾量,通过单因素试验和正交试验对黑曲霉J6的解钾发酵条件进行了优化。[结果]黑曲霉J6解钾最佳培养基为2%可溶性淀粉、0.5%豆粕、0.003%FeSO_(4)、0.008%ZnSO_(4);其解钾的最佳培养条件为培养基初始pH 8.5、培养温度32℃、培养时间28 d、接种量2.5%。[结论]该研究为有效利用微生物转化低品位矿物钾技术和生物钾肥的生产提供了参考。[Objective]To explore the optimal potassium dissolving conditions of Aspergillus niger J6 on potassium mineral powder.[Method]Based on Cha’s culture medium,the potassium dissolving capacity of A.niger J6 on potassium mineral powder was determined.The single-factor test and orthogonal design test were used to optimize the potassium dissolving fermentation conditions of A.niger J6.[Result]The optimum potassium-dissolving medium for A.niger J6 was 2%soluble starch,0.5%soybean meal,0.003%FeSO_(4)and 0.008%ZnSO_(4).The optimal culture conditions for its potassium dissolution were an initial pH of 8.5,a culture temperature 32℃,a culture time of 28 days,and an inoculation amount of 2.5%.[Conclusion]This study provides a reference for the effective utilization of microbial transformation technology for low-grade mineral potassium and the production of biological potassium fertilizer.
