摘 要:[目的]探究灌水次数对冀中北麦区冬性中、强筋小麦光合特性和产量的影响。[方法]选用当前冀中北麦区生产中推广的强筋小麦品种农优3号和中筋小麦品种中麦1062为试验材料,大田条件下设置3种灌水模式(W3处理本地生产中灌溉模式为冬水+拔节水+开花水;W2处理为冬水+拔节水;W1处理为冬水),研究不同的灌水模式下小麦籽粒产量、光合生理特性、干物质积累和加工品质的变化。[结果]随灌水次数减少,中强筋小麦品种的叶面积指数、干物质积累明显降低;籽粒容重、蛋白质、湿面筋含量升高,稳定时间延长;有效穗数、穗粒数和千粒重均呈显著性降低,产量显著下降,水分利用效率升高。[结论]在河北省北部冬性强筋小麦种植区,实行限水灌溉可以有效协调小麦籽粒产量和品质,同时协同提高水分利用效率。[Objective]To explore the effect of irrigation frequency on photosynthetic characteristics and yield of winter wheat with medium and strong gluten in central and northern Hebei.[Method]The strong gluten wheat variety Nongyou 3 and the medium gluten wheat variety Zhongmai 1062 were selected as the experimental materials,which were popularized in the production of the central and northern wheat areas of Hebei Province.Three water regimes were set up to explore the changes of grain yield,photosynthetic physiological characteristics,dry matter accumulation and processing quality of moderate-strong-gluten wheat under different irrigation modes in Hebei Province under field conditions.[Result]With the decrease of irrigation times,the leaf area index and dry matter accumulation of moderate-strong-gluten wheat varieties decreased significantly.The grain bulk density,protein and wet gluten content increased,and the stability time was prolonged.The effective panicle number,grain number per panicle and 1000-grain weight were significantly decreased.The yield decreased significantly and the water use efficiency increased.[Conclusion]In the winter strong gluten wheat planting area in northern Hebei Province,the implementation of limited water irrigation could effectively coordinate wheat grain yield and quality,and synergistically improved water use efficiency at the same time.
