摘 要:[目的]筛选出在重庆市云阳县果实经济性状最优的乡土油桐品种,为重庆市云阳县乡土油桐的高效栽培和辐射推广提供参考。[方法]选择8年生盛果期的大米桐、小米桐、窄冠桐、白花桐、柿饼桐、柴桐为研究对象,观测油桐果实横径、纵径、果形指数、单果质量、果皮厚度、鲜籽质量、鲜出籽率、出仁率、种子含油量、种仁含油率和酸值11项指标,并采用主成分分析法进行综合评价。[结果]6个品种油桐各项指标存在一定差异,变异系数为0.04%~0.26%,相关性较为复杂。采用主成分分析法,简化了油桐果实11项指标,共提取出3个主成分,其中第1、第2、第3主成分的方差贡献率依次为40.666%、27.394%、25.233%,3个主成分累计方差贡献率为93.293%,以各主成分的特征值与总特征值的比重为权重,建立了6个品种油桐的综合评价模型,得出各品种油桐的综合表现由优到劣依次为大米桐、小米桐、窄冠桐、柿饼桐、白花桐、柴桐。[结论]该研究结果建议在云阳县油桐的更新换代和辐射推广过程中,可优先考虑使用大米桐、小米桐和窄冠桐。[Objective]To select the native Vernicia fordii with the best fruit economic characteristics in Yunyang County,Chongqing,and provide reference for the efficient cultivation and radiation popularization of native Vernicia fordii in Yunyang County,Chongqing.[Method]We selected 8-year varieties of‘Damitong’‘Xiaomitong’‘Zhaiguantong’‘Baihuatong’‘Shibingtong’and‘Chaitong’in full bearing period as the research objects to observe the fruit transverse diameter,longitudinal diameter,fruit shape index,single fruit weight,peel thickness,fresh seed quality,fresh seed yield,yield,seed oil content,kernel oil content and acid value,and used the principal component analysis method for comprehensive evaluation.[Result]There were some differences in various indexes among the 6 varieties,the coefficient of variation ranged from 0.04%to 0.26%,and the correlation was complicated.The principal component analysis method was used to simplify 11 indicators of Vernicia fordii fruits and extract 3 principal components,among which the variance contribution rate of the first,second and third principal components was 40.666%,27.394%and 25.233%,and the cumulative variance contribution rate of the three principal components was 93.293%.The comprehensive evaluation model of 6 varieties of Vernicia fordii was established with the weight of the eigenvalues of each principal component and the proportion of the total eigenvalues.It was concluded that the comprehensive performance of the various varieties of Vernicia fordii was from excellent to inferior:‘Damitong’‘Xiaomitong’‘Zhaiguantong’‘Baihuatong’‘Shibingtong’and‘Chaitong’.[Conclusion]The results of this study suggest that in the process of upgrading and radiating the development of Vernicia fordii in Yunyang County,priority should be given to the use of‘Damitong’‘Xiaomitong’‘Zhaiguantong’.
