摘　　要：由于我国社区支持农业(CSA)发展外部条件不足,单个生产者仍面临生产成本攀高、技术知识匮乏、产品种类单一、市场受众面狭窄等问题,区域CSA生产者为应对挑战,开始走向联合,组建合作组织。以北京绿泽良品生态农业专业合作社为例,通过访谈、实地调研等方法阐述其运营情况,凝练并归纳了参与式保障体系(PGS)考察—社内分销—社员资源共享的内控机制和信息交流—双向分销的外联机制。结果发现,CSA合作组织实施内控外联运行机制,可以有效整合区域内生产者的资源,帮助单个生产者解决农资、农技、产销等环节面临的问题,如技术缺乏、生产盲目、资金断流、渠道不足等,维系CSA生产者可持续发展。Due to the lack of external conditions for the development of CSA in China,individual producers still face problems such as rising production costs,lack of technical knowledge,single product categories and narrow market audience.In order to meet the challenge,regional CSA producers began to unite and form cooperative organizations.This paper took Beijing Lvze Liangpin Ecological Agriculture Professional Cooperative as an example.Through interviews,field research and other methods,this paper expounded its operation,and summarized the internal control mechanism of PGS inspection-internal sales-member resource sharing and the external communication mechanism of information exchange-two-way sales,in order to provide reference for the development of other eco-agricultural cooperatives.It was found that the implementation of internal control and outreach operation mechanism by CSA cooperation organization can effectively integrate the resources of producers in the region,help individual producers solve the problems faced by agricultural materials,such as lack of technology,blind production,lack of funds and insufficient channels and maintains the sustainable development of CSA farms.
