摘 要:通过热解制取富氢合成气是实现污泥高值资源化利用的重要手段,采用CaO调质的污泥热解半焦对污泥热解挥发分进行重整,可进一步提升合成气及氢气产率。本文基于吉布斯自由能最小化原理,模拟了重整过程中挥发分与污泥半焦的氧化还原行为,分别考察了温度与CaO添加量对合成气组分以及污泥热解半焦中铁、钙化合物赋存形态的影响。研究结果表明,未经调质的污泥热解半焦中存在一定的Fe-S化合物和较低价态的铁氧化物,由于Ca较强的固硫固磷作用和Ca/Fe之间的金属协同效应。加入CaO调质可以促进半焦中铁元素向高价态铁氧化物的转化,从而提升热解半焦的催化活性。调质半焦在700℃至900℃可以有效地实现挥发分的重整,使合成气中H2和CO的组分含量达到近90%,从而得到高品质的合成气。The production of hydrogen-rich syngas by pyrolysis is an important means to realize the high value resource utilization of sludge.Reforming the volatiles of sludge pyrolysis by using Cao-conditioned sludge pyrochar can further improve the yield of syngas and hydrogen.In this paper,based on the Gibbs free energy minimization principle,the REDOX behavior of volatile and sludge semi-coke in reforming process was simulated.The effects of temperature and CaO addition on the composition of syngas and the occurrence of iron and calcium compounds in sludge pyrochar were investigated.The results show that there are certain Fe-S compounds and lower iron oxides in the unconditioned sludge pyrolysis semi-coke,due to the strong sulfur and phosphorus fixation of Ca and the metal synergistic effect between Ca/Fe.The addition of CaO can promote the conversion of iron elements in pyrochar to high-valence iron oxides,thus improving the catalytic activity of pyrochar.The modified pyrochar can effectively realize the reforming of volatiles at 700℃to 900℃,so that the component content of H2 and CO in the syngas can reach nearly 90%,so as to obtain high quality syngas.
