摘 要:针对水基润滑中润滑薄膜易因水分挥发而失效,本文制备了两种微孔膜即PVA-HPC-PNIPAM和PVA-HPC-PNIPAMNa_(2)B_(4)O_(7),在该膜中通过外部条件调节润滑剂PNIPAM的缓释,从而使润滑长期有效。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)分析微孔膜中的官能团;采用高速往复摩擦磨损试验仪考察了两种微孔膜在不同p H值介质中的摩擦磨损性能;紫外分光光度法定量分析PNIPAM缓释量。结果表明,不同的pH值对于微孔膜的摩擦性能影响甚微,对膜的磨损量的影响较大,同时p H值可对PNIPAM的缓释进行调节,达到长时间润滑的效果。For the lubrication film in water-based lubrication is prone to failure due to water evaporation,two microporous membranes,namely,PVA-HPC-PNIPAM and PVA-HPC-PNIPAM-Na_(2)B_(4)O_(7),were prepared in which the retardation of lubricant PNIPAM was regulated by external conditions to make the lubrication effective for a long period of time.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)was used to analyze the functional groups in the microporous membranes;the friction and wear performance of the two microporous membranes in different pH media was investigated by a high-speed reciprocating friction and wear tester;and the amount of PNIPAM retardation was quantitatively analyzed by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The results show that different pH values have little effect on the friction performance of the microporous membranes,but have a greater effect on the wear amount of the membranes,and at the same time,the pH value can regulate the slow release of PNIPAM,so as to achieve a long-time lubrication effect.
