摘 要:瘦素是脂肪细胞分泌的一种激素,在食物摄取和维持体重中具有重要作用,对能量摄入具有负反馈调节作用。目前,已知大多数饮食诱导的肥胖(DIO)个体与瘦素抵抗相关,表现为瘦素敏感性降低和高瘦素血症。酸性鞘磷脂酶(ASM)是催化鞘磷脂水解成神经酰胺的关键酶,在多种疾病的发展中起着关键作用。迄今为止,虽然已有各种研究来解释ASM对各种疾病的致病机制,但是人们对ASM和瘦素抵抗的关系知之甚少。因此,探讨ASM和瘦素抵抗之间的关系可能为瘦素抵抗和瘦素抵抗相关疾病的治疗提供新的策略。Leptin,a hormone secreted by fat cells,plays an important role in food intake and body weight homeostasis and exerts negative feedback effects on energy intake.Currently,we know that most diet-induced-obesity(DIO)individuals are associated with leptin resistance,which is characterized by decreased leptin sensitivity and hyperleptinemia.The acid sphingomyelinase(ASM),a key enzyme catalyzes the hydrolysis of sphingomyelin to ceramide,plays a key role in the development of multiple diseases.To date,though a variety of researches have been published to explain the pathogenic mechanism of ASM for various diseases,the relationship between ASM and leptin resistance is poorly understood.Consequently,exploring the relationship between ASM and leptin resistance may supply new strategies for the treatment of leptin resistance and leptin resistance-related diseases.
