摘 要:超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)作为一种重要的工程塑料,广泛应用于医疗器械、军工防护、电池、建筑工程、运动器材等多个领域。因其分子链只含有碳氢结构,导致阻燃性差,在一定程度上制约了其应用领域。文章首先简要介绍了UHMWPE的燃烧机理和阻燃策略。随后,综述了目前国内外研究制备阻燃型UHMWPE的现状。研究表明,共混法阻燃效果良好,无卤阻燃和绿色环保是当前和未来发展的主导方向。基于茂金属催化剂原位制备阻燃UHMWPE的方法潜力巨大,为UHMWPE这类难加工产品的改性提供了新策略。Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE),as an important engineering plastic,is widely utilized in various fields such as medical devices,military defense,batteries,construction engineering,and sports equipment.However,its development is somewhat constrained due to its poor flame retardancy,attributed to the molecular chains consisting solely of carbon and hydrogen structures.This paper initially provides a brief overview of the combustion mechanism and flame retardant strategies of UHMWPE.Subsequently,it reviews the current status of domestic and foreign research on preparing flame-retardant UHMWPE.Research indicates that blending methods exhibit good flame retardant effects,and halogen-free flame retardancy and green environmental protection are the dominant directions for current and future development.The potential of in-situ preparation of flame-retardant UHMWPE using metallocene catalysts is significant,offering a novel strategy for modifying such difficult-to-process products as UHMWPE.
