摘 要:基于晃动流体力学模型,将可移动罐柜运输过程动荷载等效为拟静力荷载,采用有限元ANSYS软件平台,对WB2258-1型6立方药剂罐可移动罐柜进行了11种主要工况的拟静力强度分析,结果表明,可移动罐柜罐体的应力显著小于框架和裙座应力,最危险应力点出现在框架结构,最小安全系数为1.04。对有限元计算发现的2种最危险工况进行了吊装、叉举和垂直冲击试验,测得的主要变形量都满足规范要求。本文的研究工作为6 m^(3)药剂储存用可移动罐柜的安全性评估和优化设计提供了有价值的参考。Using the finite element ANSYS software platform,the quasi-static strength analysis of 11 main working conditions is carried out on the WB2258-16 cubic drug tank movable tank.The results show that the stress of the movable tank body is significantly smaller than that of the frame and the skirt seat,the most dangerous stress point appears in the frame structure,and the minimum safety factor is 1.04.The hoisting,fork-lifting and vertical impact tests were carried out on the two most dangerous working conditions found by the finite element calculation,and the measured main deformations all meet the specification requirements.The research work in this paper can be used to guide the safety assessment and optimal design of 6 m^(3) mobile tanks for pharmaceutical storage.
