摘 要:射流循环曝气是MBR技术中重要的工艺系统,在渗沥液处理系统低负荷状态下,如何减少非必要的电耗是渗滤液处理项目响应国家深化实施节能减排、发展循环经济政策的瓶颈。本文针对传统MBR射流曝气系统,在实际处理量小于设计处理量的情况下,通过对射流循环泵进行节能设计、电气改造、变频器加装、集成创新,在不影响MBR系统出水水质的前提下,实现射流曝气循环泵的降频运行,降低电机功率。从而实现渗滤液处理系统节能降耗,并评估其应用在成本和能耗上的优势。Jet circulation aeration is an important process system in MBR technology.In the low load state of the leachate treatment system,reducing unnecessary electricity consumption is the bottleneck for leachate treatment projects to respond to the national policy of deepening energy conservation,emission reduction,and developing circular economy.This article focuses on the traditional MBR system jet aeration system jet circulation pump.When the actual processing capacity is less than the design processing capacity,energy-saving design,electrical transformation,frequency converter installation,and integrated innovation are carried out on the jet circulation pump.Without affecting the effluent quality of the MBR system,the frequency reduction operation of the jet aeration circulation pump is achieved,and the motor power is reduced.Thus achieving energy-saving and consumption reduction in leachate treatment,and evaluating its advantages in cost and energy consumption.
