摘 要:分析储罐清罐作业挥发性有机物(VOCs)无组织排放的情况及储罐清罐进行VOCs治理的必要性。根据储罐清罐作业罐内油气浓度的变化情况,采用“预处理+三级循环冷凝+吸附”的工艺对储罐清罐作业产生的油气进行回收处理。介绍了一种储罐清罐移动式VOCs治理技术及其在炼油化工企业的应用实例,特有的技术特点特别适合于清罐作业等外排气体中VOCs浓度先高后低的情况,能将VOCs治理尾气中非甲烷总烃含量降到极低的水平,此技术不仅可满足储罐清罐VOCs治理,也可用于系统检修前的停工吹扫产生的VOCs气体治理,以满足日益严格的环保要求。Analyze the unorganized emissions of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)during tank cleaning operations and the necessity of VOC treatment during tank cleaning.According to the changes in the concentration of oil and gas inside the tank during the tank cleaning operation,a process of“pretreatment+three-stage circulating condensation+adsorption”is adopted to recover and treat the oil and gas generated during the tank cleaning operation.This article introduces a mobile VOCs treatment technology for tank cleaning and its application in refining and chemical enterprises.Its unique technical characteristics are particularly suitable for situations where the concentration of VOCs in the discharged gas during tank cleaning operations first increases and then decreases.It can reduce the total non methane hydrocarbon content in the tail gas of VOCs treatment to an extremely low level.This technology can not only meet the VOCs treatment needs of tank cleaning,but also be used for the VOCs gas treatment generated by shutdown and blowing before system maintenance,To meet increasingly stringent environmental requirements.
