本草免洗凝胶的制备及其抗菌作用研究

摘　　要：目的:研发本草免洗凝胶,并评估该免洗凝胶抗菌作用。方法:采用正丁醇去除马齿苋色素,将马齿苋药渣与金银花、白及混合后进行提取;以卡波姆-940为基质,按照凝胶剂的制备方法,制成本草免洗凝胶;并对所制备的免洗凝胶进行抗菌作用研究。结果:本实验研发的75%乙醇-水提取物免洗凝胶色泽均匀、气味清香、手感较好,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、铜绿假单胞菌等具有明显的抑制作用。结论:该本草免洗凝胶制作简单,抗菌作用明显,具有一定的潜在开发应用价值。Develop and evaluate the antibacterial effect of herbal wash free gel.Purslane pigment was removed by n-butanol,and purslane residue was extracted after mixing with Flos Lonicerae,Bletilla Rhizome;carbopol-940 was used as a matrix to prepare herbal wash free gel according to the preparation method of gel agent;The antibacterial effect of the prepared herbal wash free gel was also studied.In this condition,the 75%ethanol-water extract developed in this experiment has uniform color,fragrant in odor and good hand feeling,and has obvious inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Candida albicans and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.The herb wash free gel is simple to make and has obvious antibacterial effect,which has certain potential development and application value.
