摘　　要：煤系针状焦以高温煤焦油沥青为原料,具有广阔应用前景,其生产工艺主要包含原料预处理装置区、延迟焦化装置区、煅烧单元储运系统,项目的消防给水系统设计主要参考《石油化工企业设计防火标准》《建筑设计防火规范》等。本人根据数年实践,对相关设计总结如下:(1)装置区消防给水量可按中型规模最小用水量(150L/s)确定,但对现有厂区可适当降低用水量;(2)储运系统可适当配置自动喷水灭火系统;(3)室外消防炮的布置应在考虑额定射程的基础上,兼顾操作仰角和射高;(4)设置固定泡沫灭火系统应分析储存物料特性,不应盲目高配。Coal-based needle coke takes high temperature coal tar asphalt as raw material and has broad application prospects.Its production process mainly includes raw material pretreatment unit area,delayed coking unit area,storage and transportation system related to calcination unit.The design of fire-fighting water supply system of the project mainly refers to the“Fire Protection Standard for Petrochemical Enterprises Design”and“Fire Protection Code for Building Design”.Based on years of practice,the relevant design is summarized as follows:(1)the fire-fighting supply water for the installation area can be determined according to the minimum water consumption of medium-sized scale(150 L/s),but the water consumption can be appropriately reduced for the existing plant area;(2)The storage and transportation system can be appropriately configured with automatic sprinkler system;(3)The layout of outdoor fire cannons should take into account the operating elevation and shooting height on the basis of considering the rated range;(4)The characteristics of the stored materials needs to be analyzed before setuping the fixed foam fire extinguishing system,which should not be blindly deploied.
