摘  要:以φ175 mm涡轮钻具为研究对象,研究了不同叶片型线结构参数对涡轮钻具效率及扭矩的影响。基于五次多项式理论和计算流体力学基本原理,开展了涡轮钻具水力性能仿真分析;结合正交试验法和响应面优化法,研究了叶片的前缘和后缘半径、前缘和后缘楔角、进口和出口结构角对涡轮钻具效率和扭矩的影响程度,并通过对极差分析,确定以入口结构角、出口结构角和后缘楔角为影响因素,以效率和扭矩最大化为目标,进行响应面优化;通过响应面法建立了叶片结构参数与扭矩和效率的回归方程,得到了涡轮钻具优化后的工作效率和扭矩。研究结果表明:影响效率的主要因素是出口结构角、后缘楔角和后缘半径;影响扭矩的主要因素是出口结构角、入口结构角和后缘楔角;优化后的涡轮钻具其扭矩提高了42.6%,效率提高了2.4%。研究结果可为涡轮钻具叶片型线结构的参数设计和优化提供理论支持。The φ175 mm turbodrill was investigated for the effect of structural parameters of blade profiles on the efficiency and torque of the turbodrill.Based on the quintic polynomial theory and the basic principles of computational fluid dynamics,a simulation analysis was conducted on the hydraulic performance of the turbodrill.Then,combined with orthogonal test and response surface optimization method,the influences of blade's leading and trailing edge radius,leading and trailing edge wedge angle,and inlet and outlet structural angle on the efficiency and torque of turbodrill were identified.By means of range analysis,taking the inlet and outlet structural angle as well as the trailing edge wedge angle as influential factors and the maximization of efficiency and torque as the object,the response surface was optimized.Finally,the response surface method was used to build a regression equation between blade's structural parameters and torque and efficiency,obtaining the working efficiency and torque of the optimized turbodrill.The results show that the main factors affecting efficiency are the outlet structural angle,trailing edge wedge angle and trailing edge radius,and the main factors affecting torque are the outlet structural angle,inlet structural angle and trailing edge wedge angle.The optimized turbodrill has a torque increased by 42.6% and an efficiency increased by 2.4%.The study results provide theoretical support for the parameter design and optimization of the blade profile structure of turbodrill.
