温拌再生沥青混合料室内外性能研究

摘  要:为探究温拌沥青混合料和温拌再生沥青混合料的工程应用特性,选取热拌沥青混合料(HMA)、天然沸石温拌沥青混合料(WMAz)、Evotherm温拌沥青混合料(WMAe)、添加20%RAP的天然沸石温拌再生沥青混合料(WMA R20z)、添加20%RAP的Evotherm温拌再生沥青混合料(WMA R20e)、添加30%RAP的天然沸石温拌再生沥青混合料(WMA R30z),通过室内试验研究了6种沥青混合料的劲度模量、水稳定性、车辙、抗开裂性和抗疲劳性能;同时,铺筑了6条长约90m的试验段,测试其动态弯沉、车辙深度、表面平整度。结果表明与HMA相比,WMA和WMAR混合料在不同温度下具有较好的劲度模量,低温下这种效果更为显著;除WMA R30z之外,其余混合料的水稳定性和低温抗开裂性能均较好;疲劳试验结束时,WMA的荷载循环次数较小,WMAR的荷载循环次数均较大;各试验段的动态弯沉值、早期车辙及路面平整度与对照组试验段差异不大。To explore the engineering application characteristics of warm-mixed asphalt mixture and warm-mixed recycled asphalt mixture,hot mixed asphalt mixture(HMA),natural zeolite warm-mixed asphalt mixture(WMAz),Evotherm warm-mixed asphalt mixture(WMAe)were selected,and natural zeolite warm-mixed recycled asphalt mixture(WMA R20z)with 20%RAP was added.Evotherm warm-mixed reclaimed asphalt mixture with 20%RAP(WMA R20e)and natural zeolite warm-mixed reclaimed asphalt mixture with 30%RAP(WMA R30z).The stiffness modulus,water stability,rutting,cracking,and fatigue resistance of 6 kinds of asphalt mixtures were studied by laboratory tests.At the same time,six test sections with a length of about 90m were built to test the dynamic bending,rutting depth,and surface roughness.The results show that WMA and WMAR mixtures have better stiffness modulus than HMA at different temperatures,and this effect is more significant at low temperatures.In addition to WMA R30z,the other mixtures have good water stability and low temperature cracking resistance.At the end of the fatigue test,the number of load cycles of WMA is small,and that of WMAR is large.The dynamic bending value,early rutting and road roughness of each test section have little difference with that of the control section.
