点阵CO_(2)激光联合吡美莫司乳膏外用治疗白癜风的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨点阵二氧化碳(CO_(2))激光联合吡美莫司乳膏外用治疗白癜风的临床效果。方法队列研究。抽取2021年1月至2023年12月神木市医院收治的100例白癜风患者为研究对象,采用信封法分为对照组和研究组,每组50例。对照组单纯应用吡美莫司乳膏治疗,研究组行点阵二氧化碳(CO_(2))激光、吡美莫司乳膏联合治疗。比较两组临床疗效,比较两组治疗前后血清炎症因子[包括血清白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、白细胞介素-23(IL-23)]水平及免疫功能[包括白细胞分化抗原3阳性(CD3^(+))、白细胞分化抗原4阳性/白细胞分化抗原8阳性(CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))]相关指标变化情况,比较两组治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果研究组临床总有效率(92.00%,46/50)高于对照组(74.00%,37/50),P<0.05。治疗后,两组IL-17、IL-23水平均下降,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组不良反应发生率比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论点阵CO_(2)激光、吡美莫司乳膏联合治疗白癜风效果显著且安全性优,有利于改善患者血清炎症因子、免疫功能相关指标。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of carbon dioxide(CO_(2))lattice laser combined with pimerolimus cream in the treatment of vitiligo.Methods A total of 100 patients with vitiligo admitted to Shenmu Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as research objects of the cohort study.And they were divided into a control group and a study group by envelope method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received only pembrolimus cream treatment,while the study group was treated by CO_(2)lattice laser combined with pimerolimus cream.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.The preoperative and postoperative levels of serum inflammatory factors,including serum interleukin-17(IL-17)and interleukin-23(IL-23),and immune function assessed by cluster of differentiation 3^(+)(CD3^(+)),cluster of differentiation 4^(+)/cluster of differentiation 8^(+)(CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))were compared between the two groups.The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical total effective rate of the study group(92.00%,46/50)was significantly higher than that of the control group(74.00%,37/50),P<0.05.After treatment,the levels of IL-17 and IL-23 in both groups decreased,and the levels of the above inflammatory factors in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the two groups all increased,and the above immune function related indexes in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).During treatment,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions CO_(2)lattice laser combined with pimerolimus cream is effective and safe in the treatment of vitiligo,which is conductive to improving serum inflammatory factors and immune function related indicators.
