摘　　要：目的探讨加强护理干预对软组织缺损负压封闭引流术(VSD)后的护理价值,为提升临床护理效果提供参考。方法选取2019年10月—2021年10月在天津医科大学朱宪彝纪念医院实施VSD治疗的软组织缺损患者40例进行研究,随机分为对照组和观察组各20例。对照组患者给予常规护理措施,观察组患者给予加强护理干预。比较两组新生肉芽组织生长时间、伤口愈合时间、护理前后患者焦虑情况、护理满意度评分、并发症发生率及生活质量评分。结果观察组新生肉芽组织生长时间、伤口愈合时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组SAS评分为(23.00±5.36)分,低于对照组的(31.11±5.58)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.712,P<0.05)。观察组各项护理满意度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为0.00%,低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.205,P<0.05)。护理后,观察组各项生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对VSD治疗的软组织缺损患者实施加强护理干预,可有效缩短新生肉芽组织生长时间及伤口愈合时间,减轻患者焦虑情绪,提高生活质量和满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the nursing value of strengthening nursing intervention for postoperative vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)of soft tissue defects,and to provide reference for improving clinical nursing effectiveness.Methods A total of 40 patients with soft tissue defects who underwent VSD treatment in Tianjin Medical University Chu Hsien-I Memorial Hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected for the study.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 20 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing measures,while the patients in the observation group were given strengthening nursing interventions.The growth time of new granulation tissue,wound healing time,patients'anxiety before and after nursing,the score of nursing satisfaction degree,incidence of complications and quality of life score between two groups were compared.Results The growth time of new granulation tissue and wound healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the SAS score in the observation group was(23.00±5.36)points,which was lower than that in the control group with(31.11±5.58)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.712,P<0.05).The various nursing satisfaction degree scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 0.00%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.205,P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening nursing interventions for patients with soft tissue defects treated with VSD could effectively shorten the growth time of new granulation tissue and wound healing time,redu
