摘　　要：目的探讨头孢菌素类抗生素的临床合理应用,为抗生素使用、管理提供参考。方法对2021年1月—2022年12月藁城区兴安中心卫生院头孢菌素类抗生素用药情况进行回顾性调查,统计用药情况,并分析。结果2021年1月—2022年12月期间总计研究了8种头孢菌素,其中口服剂4种,注射液4种;根据品种数划分,最多的是第3代头孢菌素,共5种;第1代是1种,其中第3代头孢菌素类抗生素用药频度(DDDs)、用药金额占据第一位,其次是第2代。通过分析头孢菌素类抗生素用药种类、药物利用指数(DUI)和DDDs,头孢拉定、头孢丙烯、头孢地尼及头孢克肟4种药物中,头孢丙烯的用药金额最高,且DUI和DDDs最高,用药最为合理。结论头孢菌素类抗生素药物日常使用相对合理,而且大部分伴有用药起点相对较高的现象,因此,临床采用头孢菌素类抗生素药物期间,应强化头孢菌素类抗生素的用药管理,尽可能地保证药物使用合理,降低不合理用药发生率,确保患者的治疗安全。Objective To explore the clinical rational application of cephalosporin antibiotics,in order to provide reference for antibiotic use and management.Methods A retrospective survey was conducted on the use of cephalosporin antibiotics in Xing'an Central Health Center of Gaocheng District from January 2021 to December 2022,and the medication situation was statistically analyzed.Results Between January 2021 and December 2022,a total of 8 cephalosporins were studied,including 4 types for oral administration and 4 types for injection;according to the number of varieties,the most common was the third-generation cephalosporin,with a total of 5 types;the first generation was one type,among which the third-generation cephalosporin antibiotics had the highest frequency of use(DDDs)and cost of use,followed by the second generation.By analyzing the types of cephalosporin antibiotics used,drug utilization index(DUI)and DDDs,it was found that among the four drugs of cefradine,ceftriaxone,cefdinib and cefixime,ceftriaxone had the highest amount of medication,as well as the highest DUI and DDDs,indicating the most reasonable use of medication.Conclusion The daily use of cephalosporin antibiotics was relatively reasonable,and most of them were accompanied by a relatively high starting point of use.Therefore,during the clinical use of cephalosporin antibiotics,the management of cephalosporin antibiotics should be strengthened to ensure reasonable drug use,reduce the incidence of unreasonable drug use,and ensure the safety of patient treatment.
