摘 要:将十二烯基琥珀酸酐改性玉米秸秆作为改性剂,制备玉米秸秆/环氧树脂复合材料。利用FTIR和接触角测试对玉米秸秆及改性玉米秸秆进行结构表征,证明成功制备了酯化改性玉米秸秆。在环氧树脂中添加了不同含量的玉米秸秆及改性玉米秸秆,测试了复合材料的热性能和阻燃性能。结果表明,复合材料的反应速率提高,固化时间缩短。随着秸秆添加量的增加,复合材料的起始分解温度降低了26.98℃,残余质量增大了17.67%。由锥形量热测试可知,随着秸秆含量的增加,复合材料的HRR峰值和THR值分别下降了58.54%、45.02%。Corn straw/epoxy resin composite was prepared by modified corn straw with dodecene succinic anhydride as modifier.The structure of corn straw before and after modification was characterized by FTIR and contact Angle test.The results showed that the corn stalk had been successfully modified by esterification.The thermal and flame retardant properties of the composite were tested by adding different contents of modified corn stalk into epoxy resin.The results showed that the curing time of the composite decreases with the increase of reaction rate.With the increase of straw addition,the initial decomposition temperature of the composite decreased by 26.98℃,and the residual mass increased by 17.67%.Cone calorimetry showed that the peak HRR value and THR value decreased by 58.54%and 45.02%,respectively,with the increase of straw content.
