摘 要:纤维增强的树脂基复合材料具有比强度较高、比模量较高、质量较轻等特点,在汽车、航天航空、建筑、新能源开发领域中得到广泛应用。在保证零部件使用性能及行驶安全性的前提下,开发汽车轻量化技术,实现整车减重是整个工业领域共同追求的目标。结合连续纤维增强的树脂基热压件与注塑件组合成型,提出了一种热压-注塑一体的成型新工艺。综述了纤维增强的热塑性树脂基复合材料热压-注塑一体成型技术的研究进展,简要介绍了一体成型工艺不同于传统两步成型法的优势与应用,详细阐述了热压-注塑一体成型关键技术的研究现状,最后,对热压-注塑一体成型技术的发展前景进行展望。Fiber⁃reinforced resin matrix composite has the advantages of high specific strength,high specific modulus and light weight,and are widely used in the fields of automobile,aerospace,construction and new energy development.Under the premise of ensuring the performance of parts and driving safety,exploring automotive lightweight technology and realizing the weight reduction of the whole vehicle is a common goal pursued by the whole industrial field.For the combination molding of continuous fiber⁃reinforced resin⁃based hot press parts and injection molded parts,a new hot press⁃injection molding process is proposed.The research progress of hot press⁃injection molding technology for fiber⁃reinforced thermoplastic resin matrix composite is reviewed,the advantages and applications of the integrated molding process different from the traditional two⁃step molding method are briefly introduced,the research status of the key technologies of hot press⁃injection molding is elaborated,and finally the future development prospect of hot press⁃injection molding technology is outlooked.
