摘 要:为解决高湿环境下,空气滤膜的过滤效率迅速降低的问题,采用聚丙烯酸钠(PAAS)熔融共混改性聚乳酸(PLA),并且,利用熔体微分静电纺丝方法制备了PLA/PAAS熔体电纺亲水纳米纤维滤膜(PLA/PAAS电纺滤膜),主要研究了PAAS含量变化与滤膜性能之间的关系及高湿环境下,PAAS材料对滤膜过滤性能的影响。结果表明,当PAAS的含量(质量分数ω)为3%时,克重为40 g/m^(2)的PLA/PAAS电纺滤膜平均直径及直径标准差最小,分别为0.97μm及0.245,过滤效率达到最佳,其值为97.37%,品质因子达到0.0353 Pa^(-1);在高湿环境下,放置48 h后,PLA/PAAS电纺滤膜的过滤效率为95.49%,过滤品质因子为0.0206 Pa^(-1),证明了PLA/PAAS电纺滤膜在高湿环境下长时间放置后,性能仍保持稳定。In order to solve the problem of rapid decrease in filtration efficiency of air filter membrane under high humidity environment,PLA/PAAS melt electrospun hydrophilic nanofibre filter membrane(referred to as PLA/PAAS electrospun filter membrane)was prepared by using poly(sodium acrylate)(PAAS)melt blended with modified polylactic acid(PLA)and by melt microsplitting electrostatic spinning technology,and the relationship between the change of PAAS mass fraction and membrane performance and the effect of PAAS material addition on filtration performance under high humidity environment were mainly investigated.The relationship between the change in PAAS mass fraction and the performance of the filtration membrane and the effect of the addition of PAAS material on the filtration performance of the filtration membrane under high humidity environment were mainly investigated.The results showed that the mean diameter and minimum standard deviation of diameter of PLA/PAAS electrospun membrane with grammage weight of 40 g/m^(2) were 0.97μm and 0.245,respectively,when the PAAS mass fraction(ω)was 3%,the filtration efficiency was the best at 97.37%and the quality factor reached 0.0353 Pa^(-1);And the filtration efficiency was 95.49%for PLA/PAAS electrospun membrane after being placed in high humidity environment for 48 h.After 48 hours in a high humidity environment,the filtration efficiency of the PLA/PAAS electrospun filter membrane was 95.49%,and the filtration quality factor was 0.0206 Pa^(-1),indicating that the performance of the PLA/PAAS electrospun filter membrane remained stable after a long time in a high humidity environment.
