摘  要:采用化学接枝法,在聚碳酸亚丙酯(PPC)上接枝甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)制备接枝聚合物(PPC⁃g⁃GMA),同时对稻壳(RH)进行表面修饰,并且,与聚己二酸-对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBAT)进行熔融共混,制备PPC⁃g⁃GMA/PBAT/RH复合材料,分析了RH表面处理方式及含量对PPC复合材料性能的影响。由红外光谱结果可知,改性稻壳(MRH)在910 cm^(-1)处出现了环氧基团吸收峰,并且,在1109 cm^(-1)处出现Si—O—Si的反对称伸缩振动峰,稻壳成功改性;随着MRH含量的增加,PPC复合材料的韧性呈先增大后减小的趋势,模量逐渐增大,这表明,MRH的引入不仅能改善复合材料的力学性能,还能降低成本,提高了市场竞争力;SEM结果表明,MRH可以在基体中均匀分散,改善了复合材料的界面相容性。The graft polymer(PPC⁃g⁃GMA)was prepared by grafting glycidyl methacrylate(GMA)on poly(propylene carbonate)(PPC)by chemical grafting method,while the surface modification of rice husk(RH)was performed and the PPC⁃g⁃GMA/PBAT/RH composite were prepared by melt blending with poly(butylene glycol adipate terephthalate)(PBAT),and the effects of RH surface treatment and addition amount on the properties of PPC composite were investigated.The results showed that the modification of RH exhibited an epoxy group absorption peak at 910 cm^(-1) and an antisymmetric stretching vibration peak of Si—O—Si at 1109 cm^(-1),indicating successful modification of the RH as revealed by infrared analysis;with the increase of modified rice husk(MRH),the toughness of the PPC composite increased and then decreased,and the modulus continued to increase,which indicated that the introduction of MRH not only improved the mechanical properties but also reduced the cost,which enhanced the competitiveness of the market;SEM demonstrated that the MRH could be dispersed homogeneously in the matrix,which improved the interfacial compatibility.
