摘  要:脂肪来源干细胞外泌体(exosomes from adipose-derived stem cells,ADSC-Exos)是脂肪来源干细胞旁分泌的重要组分,在皮肤创面愈合与神经、肾脏、肝脏损伤修复等领域发挥重要作用。雄激素性秃发(androgenic alopecia,AGA)是最常见的非瘢痕性脱发,其病程呈进行性加重,目前尚无治愈方法,所以需要在疾病早期进行诊治以阻止疾病的进行性发展。现就AGA治疗现状作一概述,将使用ADSC-Exos治疗AGA的相关临床前研究加以总结并对可能涉及的相关机制进行阐述。Exosomes from adipose-derived stem cells(ADSC-Exos)are a crucial component secreted by adipose-derived stem cells,playing an essential role in various fields such as skin wound healing,neural,kidney,and liver injury repair.Androgenic alopecia(AGA)is the most common form of non-scarring alopecia,with its symptoms progressively worsening over time.Currently,there is no cure for AGA,so necessitating early diagnosis and treatment is necessary to halt its progressive course.This paper provides an overview of the current state of AGA treatment,summarizes the preclinical research on using ADSC-Exos for treating AGA,and elaborates on the potential mechanisms involved.
