双波长长脉宽激光在面部年轻化中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的探讨长脉宽1064 nm Nd:YAG激光联合长脉宽755 nm翠绿宝石激光在面部年轻化的有效性及安全性。方法纳入2021年1月—2022年12月就诊于河南省人民医院皮肤美容中心的20例具有面部年轻化需求的患者,采用长脉宽1064 nm Nd:YAG激光联合长脉宽755 nm翠绿宝石激光进行治疗,共治疗3次,每次间隔4周。于12周及20周随访时,通过整体美学改善量表(global aesthetic improvement scale,GAIS)由患者对其面部细纹、肤色、松弛程度进行主观改善度评估,并在第0、12及20周时,根据虹膜直径测量法进行下面部松弛改善的评估。同时记录治疗和随访期间的患者不良反应及末次随访时的患者满意度。结果第12与20周随访时,患者GAIS自评面部细纹、肤色、松弛程度均持续有不同程度的改善;虹膜直径测量法评估下面部松弛持续有改善,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗和随访期间无明显不良反应,末次随访时患者总体满意度达85.00%。结论长脉宽1064 nm Nd:YAG激光联合长脉宽755 nm翠绿宝石激光在面部年轻化应用中疗效明确,安全性较高,患者满意度高。Objective To explore the effectiveness and safety of long pulsed 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser combined with long pulsed 755 nm alexandrite laser to improve facial rejuvenation.Methods Twenty patients with facial rejuvenation needs admitted to skin cometology center of Henan Provincial People′s Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were included.All patients underwent three sessions of treatment with long pulsed 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser combined with long pulsed 755 nm alexandrite laser,with a 4-week interval between each session.At 12 and 20 weeks follow-up after last treatment session,Global Aesthetic Improvement Scale(GAIS)was used to evaluated subjective improvement assessment of facial fine lines,skin color and laxity by patients themselves.The improvement of lower facial laxity was evaluated based on iris diameter measurement before treatment and 12,20 weeks after last treatment.The patients′adverse reaction during treatment and follow-up,and satisfaction at final follow-up were recorded.Results At 12 and 20 weeks follow-up,varying degrees of improvement in facial fine lines,skin color,and laxity were achieved by self-assessed GAIS;Lower facial laxity was improved by iris diameter measurements,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).No significant adverse reactions were observed during treatment and follow-up,and overall patient satisfaction was 85.00%at the final follow-up.Conclusion Long pulsed 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser combined with long pulsed 755 nm alexandrite laser in facial rejuvenation application has clear efficacy,high safety,and high patient satisfaction.
