摘　　要：本文着眼于推动老年宜居环境建设,结合乡村振兴,完善特色小镇的政策与方针。利用城乡空间资源相互融合,推动城乡区域间资源要素交换,促进城乡养老服务体系的相互渗透。围绕实现“双碳”目标要求,发展城乡互助养老模式。借力数字化技术,结合单元用地模式与金融模式的创新,探索利用当地自然禀赋与生态资源打造生态适老宜居城镇建设的可行路径。This paper focuses on promoting the construction of livable environment for the elderly,combining with rural revitalization,and improving the policies and guidelines of characteristic towns.The urban and rural spatial resources integration could promote the exchange of resource elements between urban and rural regions,and accelerate the mutual penetration of urban and rural elderly care service systems.Centering on realization of the“Double Carbon”goals,the urban-rural mutual assistance pension model is developed by using digital technology,combined with the innovation of unit land use model and financial model,so as to explore the feasible path of using local natural endowments and ecological resources to build ecological and aging-friendly towns.
