城乡规划视角下的老旧小区乡村振兴战略路径分析

摘　　要：随着城镇化进程的加速,老旧小区作为城市变迁的产物面临多重转型挑战与机遇。本文从城乡规划视角出发,对老旧小区在城镇化背景下的现状进行评估,探讨乡村振兴策略与城市老旧小区融合的可能路径。分析了规划引领下的空间重构、产业升级与社区治理等关键维度,进一步总结创新战略下的成功转型经验,并提出可持续发展策略规划,指出城乡协调发展的老旧小区转型策略。With the acceleration of the urbanization process,the old residential areas,as the product of urban changes,face multiple transformation challenges and opportunities.From the perspective of urban and rural planning,this paper evaluates the current situation of old residential areas under the background of urbanization,and discusses the possible path of the integration of rural revitalization strategy with old urban residential areas.This paper analyzes the key dimensions of spatial reconstruction,industrial upgrading and community governance under the guidance of planning,further summarizes the successful transformation experience under the innovation strategy,puts forward the sustainable development strategy planning,and points out the transformation strategy of old residential areas under the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.
