摘　　要：本文旨在探讨在现代信息技术迅猛发展的背景下,如何利用智慧水务技术实现城乡供水一体化的升级改造,并着重讨论在此过程中监理工作的实践与挑战。通过案例分析、项目管理理论与智慧水务技术的融合应用,提出一套有效的监理策略和流程,以期为类似项目提供参考和借鉴。In the context of rapid development of modern information technology,this paper aims to discuss how to use smart water technology to realize the upgrading and transformation of urban and rural water supply integration,and focuses on the practice and challenge of supervision work in this process.Through the case analysis,this paper introduces integration application of project management theory and smart water technology,and puts forward a set of effective supervision strategy and process,in order to provide reference for similar projects.
