摘  要:为实现碳酸盐岩储层高温井及深井中的延长反应和深穿透作用,创新使用钛离子缓释原理,自制了可在高温、高浓度盐酸条件下交联有机酸的交联剂OAC-1,形成了耐高温深穿透有机延迟交联酸复合体系,并对其耐温耐剪切性、破胶性、降滤失性及携砂能力进行了评价。结果表明,该体系可延迟198 s后进行交联,在温度150℃,剪切速率170 s^(-1)条件下,连续剪切100 min后,黏度仍然保持在55 mPa·s以上,具有良好的延迟交联性和耐温耐剪切性。To achieve prolonged reaction and deep penetration in high-temperature and deep wells in carbonate reservoirs,this study innovatively applies the titanium ion slow-release principle.A crosslinking agent,OAC-1,which can crosslink organic acids under high-temperature and high-concentration hydrochloric acid conditions.This has resulted in a high-temperature,deep-penetrating organic delayed crosslinking acid composite system,and evaluated its temperature resistance,shear resistance,gel breaking,filter loss reduction,and sand-carrying capacity.The results showed that the crosslinking could be delayed for 198 s,and the viscosity remained above 55 mPa·s for 100 min at 150℃and 170 s^(-1)shear rate,it has good delayed crosslinking and heat resistance and shear resistance.
