摘 要:利用微纳米气泡气液分散体系耦合陶瓷膜间接氧化吸收甲苯,考察了吸收液初始pH、甲苯浓度、流量对甲苯的氧化吸收效率的影响,并对其反应机理进行了研究。结果表明,中性条件下的吸收液对甲苯的吸收能获得最佳效果,甲苯浓度及气体流量的提高均会导致吸收效率下降,最佳条件为:pH为7.00,甲苯浓度为256.06 mg/cm^(3)及气体流量为150 mL/min,此时甲苯吸收效率能达到95.98%。此外,降解产物及机理分析表明,主要是微纳米气泡释放的·OH对甲苯进行氧化和降解,形成CO_(2)和水,并在液相中予以吸收。Toluene was indirectly oxidized and absorbed by micro-nano bubble gas-liquid dispersion system coupled with ceramic membrane.The effects of initial pH of the absorption liquid,toluene concentration and flow rate on the oxidation and absorption efficiencies of toluene were investigated,and the reaction mechanism was also studied.The results showed that the absorption of toluene in the neutral solution was the best,and the absorption efficiencies decreased with the increase of toluene concentration and gas flow rate.Under the optimal conditions of pH 7.00,toluene concentration 256.06 mg/cm^(3)and gas flow rate 150 mL/min,the absorption efficiency of toluene reached 95.98%.In addition,the degradation products and mechanism analysis showed that·OH released by micro-nano bubbles oxidized and degraded toluene to form CO_(2)and water,and it was absorbed in the liquid phase.
