摘 要:为了提高陕北地区煤和天然气资源综合利用效率,优化合成气成分,使反应热量耦合,在前期研究基础上进行了煤与天然气气流床共气化技术中试研究。介绍了煤与天然气共气化中试装置的建设规模以及工艺流程,在试验过程中考察了装置的长周期运行稳定性,同时探究了气化压力、操作负荷、天然气与煤比对共气化反应的影响。认为在稳定操作条件下,煤与天然气共气化能够降低原料消耗、同时减排二氧化碳,与传统水煤浆气化相比具有一定技术优势。In order to improve the comprehensive utilization efficiency of coal and natural gas resources in northern Shaanxi,optimize the composition of syngas,and couple the reaction heat,a pilot-scale study of coal and natural entrained flow co-gasification technology was carried out on the basis of the previous research.The construction scale and process flow of the coal and natural gas co-gasification pilot plant were introduced,and the long-term operation stability of the unit was investigated during the test,and the effects of gasification pressure,operating load and natural gas to coal ratio on the co-gasification reaction were explored.It is believed that under stable operating conditions,coal-natural gas co-gasification can reduce raw material consumption and carbon dioxide emissions at the same time,which has certain technical advantages compared with traditional coal-water slurry gasification.
