摘  要:采用不同碳链长度的脂肪酸和聚乙二醇酯化反应合成了一系列脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯,通过测定酸值、羟值和聚乙二醇含量对其产物的单酯、双酯的含量进行确定。并对其流动状态进行观测,润湿、乳化、泡沫及去污应用性能进行了测定。结果表明,随着C_(12)酸与聚乙二醇400投料比的增大,产物的聚乙二醇含量降低,单酯含量降低,双酯含量增大。脂肪酸聚乙二醇600酯的凝固点比脂肪酸PEG400酯高。脂肪酸碳链增长,润湿变差,起泡性减弱。脂肪酸PEG600酯的乳化能力比脂肪酸PEG400酯强。C_(12)酸PEG600对大豆油和液体石蜡的乳化能力最强。脂肪酸PEG400酯和脂肪酸PEG600酯对炭黑的去污力相当,C_(18)酸PEG600酯对皮脂的去污力最强。A series of fatty acid polyethylene glycol esters were synthesized by esterification reaction of fatty acids with different carbon chain lengths and polyethylene glycol.The content of monoesters and diesters in the products was determined by measuring the acid value,hydroxyl value,and polyethylene glycol content.Its flow state was observed,and its wetting,emulsification,foam and decontamination performance were measured.The results showed that as the feed ratio of C_(12)acid to polyethylene glycol 400 increased,the polyethylene glycol content of the product decreased,the monoester content decreased,and the diester content increased.The freezing point of fatty acid polyethylene glycol 600 ester is higher than that of fatty acid PEG400 ester.Fatty acid carbon chains grow,wetting deteriorates,and foaming ability weakens.The emulsification ability of fatty acid PEG600 ester is stronger than that of fatty acid PEG400 ester.C_(12)Acid PEG600 has the strongest emulsifying power of soybean oil and paraffin.The detergency of fatty acid PEG400 ester and fatty acid PEG600 ester on carbon black is equivalent,while C_(18)acid PEG600 ester has the strongest detergency on sebum.
