摘 要:薄壁油套管特殊螺纹加工时的管端厚度和“黑皮扣”是影响螺纹连接强度和加工效率的因素之一。应用大型通用有限元软件ABAQUS,针对薄壁油套管特殊螺纹接头管端缩口和未缩口以及中径位置调整后的密封性能进行弹塑性分析,建立了不同复合载荷条件下,中径位置优化前后结构以及缩口工艺与密封面接触压力之间的对应关系。结果表明,上扣后,结构优化前后的接触压力相差不大,压缩时,优化后的结构密封面上最大接触压力降低,接触长度增加,整个密封面上各点压力趋于平缓;而在拉伸时,优化后结构密封面上接触压力升高,分布均匀,接触长度增加,拉伸性能相对更好。缩口后的最大接触压力与未缩口时相当,但是接触长度增加,降低泄漏风险。经过试验验证,优化后的结构经过缩口,提高了管体的加工成材率,并且保证了气密封性能和螺纹连接强度,与模拟结果一致。The thickness of the pipe end and the"black crested thread"during the special thread machining of thin-walled casing were two of the factors that affect the strength of the thread connection and machining efficiency.This paper applied the finite element software ABAQUS to conduct elastic-plastic analysis on the sealing performance of thin-walled casing special threaded joint with pipe end necking and non necking,as well as adjustment of pitch diameter position.The corresponding relationship between the structure before and after optimizing the pitch diameter position as well as the shrinkage process and the contact pressure of the sealing surface was established under different composite load conditions.The results showed that after make-up,there was not much difference in contact pressure before and after structural optimization.When compressed,the maximum contact stress on the optimized structural sealing surface decreased,the contact length increased,and the stress at each point on the entire sealing surface tended to be flat.During stretching,the optimized structural sealing surface showed an increase in contact stress,uniform distribution,increased contact length,and relatively better tensile performance.The maximum contact stress after necking was equivalent to that without necking,but the contact length increased,reducing the risk of leakage.The experiment results verified that the optimized structure being necked improved the processing yield of the pipe body and ensured the gas sealing performance and thread connection strength,which was consistent with the simulation results.
