摘  要:可塑钢修补剂用于修复管道及设备腐蚀缺陷的案例已屡见不鲜,但未见其修复油气管道环焊缝缺陷的相关应用。为了解决油气管道环焊缝缺陷非动火永久修复问题,利用可塑钢修补剂替代钢质环氧套筒中的液态环氧树脂,形成一种可塑钢套筒,并采用全尺寸内压三点弯曲的方法验证其抗轴向载荷能力。试验结果表明,可塑钢套筒比环氧套筒更能分担外部轴向载荷。The application of plastic steel repair agents in repairing corrosion defects in pipelines and equipment has been common,but it is rarely used in repairing girth weld defects in pipelines.In order to repair the girth weld defect of oil and gas pipeline without firing,this research uses a plastic steel repair agent to replace the liquid epoxy resin in the steel epoxy sleeve,forming a plastic steel sleeve.Its axial load resistance is verified by using the full scale internal pressure three-point bending method.The results indicate that the plastic steel sleeve is more capable of sharing external axial loads than the epoxy sleeve.
