摘　　要：目的探讨个案追踪法在猴痘合并人类免疫缺陷病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)感染住院患者医院感染防控中的应用效果。方法选择2023年6月至7月在北京地坛医院治疗的25例猴痘合并HIV感染住院患者作为研究对象,比较个案追踪法实施前后患者康复效果及医院感染防控质量评分差异。结果个案追踪管理患者的康复效果良好,各项医院感染防控质量评分均显著提高,且未发生院内感染病例。结论针对猴痘合并HIV感染住院患者开展个案追踪并强化管理,可明显提高医疗质量,有效控制猴痘病毒医院感染,保障医患安全,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of case tracking in the prevention and control of monkeypox patients with HIV infection.Methods A total of 25 cases of monkeypox patients with HIV infection treated in our hospital from June to July 2023 were selected as the research objects.The results of patients’rehabilitation and the quality scores of hospital infection prevention and control were compared before and after the implementation of case tracking method.Results The rehabilitation effect of patients with case tracking management was found to be favorable,and the quality scores of nosocomial infection prevention and control were significantly improved.Moreover,no instances of nosocomial infections were reported.Conclusions The implementation of case tracking and intensive management for monkeypox patients with AIDS infection can significantly enhance the quality of care,effectively control nosocomial infections,and ensure the safety of healthcare professionals and patients,thus warranting its clinical application.
