摘　　要：目的探讨新型冠状病毒(新冠病毒)感染康复者和接种新冠病毒疫苗的未感染者血清免疫球蛋白(immunoglobulin,Ig)M、IgG、中和抗体水平及特征。方法选取2022年12月9日至2023年1月31日在昆明市第三人民医院的医务工作者为研究对象,其中新冠病毒感染康复者36例(康复组),接种新冠病毒疫苗的未感染者33例(疫苗组),检测2组血清抗体并分析。结果康复组和疫苗组IgM阳性率分别为25.00%、18.19%,IgG和中和抗体阳性率均为100%,2组阳性率差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。康复组IgG和中和抗体水平均高于疫苗组(P均<0.05),但2组IgM水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组女性IgG水平均高于男性(P均<0.05),中和抗体水平男性均高于女性(P均<0.05)。结论新冠病毒感染康复人群IgG、中和抗体水平高于疫苗接种人群。新冠病毒感染康复者和接种新冠病毒疫苗的未感染者IgG水平女性高于男性。Objective To investigate the serum immunoglobulin(Ig)M,IgG,and neutralizing antibody levels and characteristics of recovered patients with SARS-CoV-2 infection and uninfected patients vaccinated against novel coronavirus(SARS-CoV-2).Methods The study were selected for medical workers in the third people’s hospital of kunming hospital from December 9,2022 to January 31,2023,including 36 recovered SARS-CoV-2 patients(recovery group)and 33 uninfected patients vaccinated against SARS-CoV-2(vaccine group),and serum antibodies of the two groups were detected and analyzed.Results The IgM positivity rates in the rehabilitation and vaccine groups were 25.00%and 18.19%,respectively,and the IgG and neutralizing antibody positivity rates were 100%,with no statistically significant differences in the positivity rates of the 2 groups(P>0.05).Both IgG and neutralizing antibody levels were higher in the rehabilitation group than in the vaccine group(P<0.05),However,the difference in IgM levels between the 2 groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The IgG levels were higher in women than in men in both groups(P<0.05),and neutralizing antibody levels were higher in men than in women(P<0.05).Conclusions IgG and neutralizing antibody levels were higher in the population recovering from the SARS-CoV-2 infection than in the vaccinated population.IgG levels were higher in women than in men in recovered SARS-CoV-2 infected and uninfected SARS-CoV-2 vaccinated patients,however,the level of neutralizing antibodies is higher in men than in women.
