摘　　要：《马克思法哲学思想研究:基于劳动哲学视阈》是一部以劳动为视角切进马克思法哲学的学术著作。本书在对马克思法哲学基本理论的诠释中还原了马克思历史主义的思维方式,渗透了劳动要素对马克思法哲学的理论解释,既以对劳动主体性的分析阐释法哲学内涵,也通过梳理劳动中介和劳动客体来把握法律理论。此外,本书立足于劳动本体论、劳动辩证法、劳动历史观、劳动人道主义价值观等核心内容为基本组成的劳动哲学体系,从根本上创新了马克思法哲学基本理论的阐释路径,拓展了马克思法哲学的研究视野。同时,作者以聚焦当下中国社会为关切点,将马克思法哲学思想的研究引入时代场域,使之进入中国语境,更追求社会主义市场经济和社会主义法治建设进程中现实旨向,这对于解决我国社会主义现代化进程中的社会发展问题具有重要的启示意义。"Research on Marx's Philosophy of Law:From the Perspective of Labor Philosophy" is an academic work that explores Marx's legal philosophy from the perspective of labor.In the interpretation of the basic theory of Marx's philosophy of law,this book restores Marx's historicalist way of thinking and infiltrates the theoretical explanation of labor elements to Marx's philosophy of law.It interprets the philosophical connotations of law through the analysis of labor subjectivity,and grasps legal theory by sorting out labor intermediaries and labor objects.In addition,based on the labor philosophy system that consists of core elements such as labor ontology,labor dialectics,labor historical view,and labor humanitarian values,this book fundamentally innovates the interpretation path of Marx's basic theory of philosophy of law and expands the research horizon of Marx's philosophy of law.At the same time,focusing on contemporary Chinese society,the author introduces the research of Marx's philosophy of law into the context of the times,making it enter the Chinese context,and pursuing the realistic orientation in the process of socialist market economy and socialist legal construction.This has important enlightenment significance for solving social development issues in the process of China's socialist modernization.
