摘　　要：当前,我国正从制造大国迈向制造强国,需要通过新质生产力的不断提升打造中国式现代化的底座与基石。先进制造业集群作为实现制造强国、构建全球竞争力新优势的重要战略工具,可以为形成与发展新质生产力提供创新型产业组织范式。深入把握“科技创新是发展新质生产力的核心要素”原则,从先进制造业集群创新网络驱动的视角,分析先进制造业集群对新质生产力形成与发展的促进机理,结合无锡市物联网集群的创新发展实践经验,提出先进制造业集群驱动新质生产力发展的政策建议。Currently,as China evolves from a manufacturer of quantity to one of quality,it is imperative to continuously enhance new quality productive forces to lay the groundwork for Chinese modernization.Advanced manufacturing clusters,serving as a key strategic instrument in realizing a strong manufacturing sector and establishing new advantages in global competitiveness,offer an innovative paradigm for the industrial organization necessary for the development of new quality productive forces.By adhering to the principle that"scientific and technological innovation constitutes the core element in cultivating new quality productivity",from the perspective of advanced manufacturing clusters innovation network driving,the mechanisms by which advanced manufacturing clusters facilitate the formation and development of new quality productive forces were studied.Reflecting on the innovative development practices of the Wuxi Internet of Things cluster,policy recommendations to spur the growth of new quality productive forces through advanced manufacturing clusters were put forth.
