摘　　要：贡桑诺尔布是内蒙古喀喇沁右旗的札萨克,曾担任蒙藏事务局(院)总裁达16年之久。任职期间,他认同中华民族,拥戴民国,支持共和,加入国民党,反对外蒙古独立,维护内蒙古稳定,反对日本提出的灭亡中国的“二十一条”,主张抵御列强经济侵略,对于维护祖国的统一作出了重要贡献。Gonsang Norbu,a Zasak from the Karakin Right Banner of Inner Mongolia,served as the president of the Bureau of Mongolian and Tibetan Affairs for sixteen years.During his tenure,he identified with the Chinese nation,embraced the Republic of China,supported the republic,joined the Kuomintang,opposed the independence of Outer Mongolia,maintained the stability of Inner Mongolia,opposed the"Twenty-one Articles"proposed by Japan for the destruction of China,and advocated the defense of the country against the economic aggression of the Great Powers,thus contributing to the maintenance of the unity of the motherland.
