摘　　要：甘肃省以独特的地理环境和丰富的农业资源,生产出许多特色农产品。近年来,甘肃的农产品与直播电商相结合,形成了一种新的销售模式,为农产品的销售提供了新的机遇。首先,本文梳理了甘肃地区农产品特色及其市场潜力,继而分析当前直播电商平台对农产品销售的影响和现状。其次,在此基础上,引入相关供应链管理理论,分析了特色农产品供应链结构,对甘肃省特色农产品与直播电商相结合的供应链进行了实际案例分析,揭示了直播电商模式在推动地方农产品销售、优化供应链结构等方面的实际效果。最后,总结了直播电商对提高特色农产品供应链效率的积极作用,为甘肃省特色农产品的销售创新及供应链优化提供了理论与实践上的指导。With its unique geographical environment and abundant agricultural resources,Gansu Province produces many characteristic agricultural products.In recent years,the combination of agricultural products and live-streaming e-commerce in Gansu Province has formed a new sales model,providing new opportunities for the sales of agricultural products.First,this paper sorts out the characteristics and market potential of Gansu's agricultural products and analyzes the impact and current situation of live-streaming e-commerce platforms on agricultural product sales.Secondly,on this basis,relevant supply chain management theories are introduced to analyze the supply chain structure of characteristic agricultural products.The actual case analysis of the supply chain combining characteristic agricultural products and live-streaming e-commerce in Gansu Province is carried out to reveal the actual effect of live-streaming e-commerce mode in promoting local agricultural product sales and optimizing the supply chain structure.Finally,this paper summarizes the positive role of live-streaming e-commerce in improving the efficiency of the supply chain of characteristic agricultural products,and provides theoretical and practical guidance for sales innovation and supply chain optimization of characteristic agricultural products in Gansu Province.
